Richard Lloyd-Owen is the head of M&A for Deloitte in the UK and the leader of the EMEA retail practice. He has worked with many investors in retail as well as the retailers themselves over the past twenty years and is a regular contributor at retail events and conferences.
Richard has more than 20 years experience of working with major retail and consumer businesses. He also has significant business transaction and investigation experience and currently works in the firm’s transaction services and audit practices.
