David WrightSenior Manager |
David Wright is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Consultancy division. He brings extensive experience of large scale Shared Service, ERP and business intelligence implementation projects across a broad range of support services, particularly the finance function.
He is a delivery focussed manager and has worked on well over 20 Shared Service projects, including a number of full lifecycle projects – from feasibility and planning right through to implementation and post implementation support. He has also helped existing Shared Service Organisations to optimise their operations.
David has managed teams of Deloitte, client and contractor / sub-contractor resources (both on-shore and off-shore) and been responsible for relationships at Director and CXO levels. He has worked for clients in various industries across the private and public sectors, including local, regional and central government.
He has most recently worked as a programme manager on a global 1,700 seat shared service implementation and a finance modernisation project, including a 50 person SSC, for a local government organisation.
