Matt Aucott has worked within Deloitte's London based Company Secretarial group since 1990 and has headed up that group since 1997. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Matt and his team of experienced professionals specialise in the provision of company secretarial advisory services to a varied and longstanding range of clients. Service excellence is central to the company secretarial offering which is accurate, responsive and timely. Retained clients can rely upon the team's broad and up to date technical knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and the practical solutions that technical knowledge and many years of experience bring. The team assists with the provision of routine statutory compliance services but is also ideally positioned (alongside other Deloitte specialists or the client's in-house specialist departments where appropriate) to deliver company secretarial solutions connected with complex transactions and multinational projects.
