Laurence leads our audit practice in Wales. He has worked in practice for over 20 years, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. In that time he has worked across a very diverse range of industry sectors, including manufacturing, technology, property, construction and support services.
Laurence has advised companies on flotations, acquisitions and disposals, together with group restructurings and other fundraisings. He has also advised clients around corporate governance, business planning, management information systems, risk assessment processes and control improvements.
Laurence has worked with start-ups, more mature owner-managed businesses, as well as foreign-owned companies and listed businesses.
