Deloitte in Wales
Our Transaction Services (TS) team provides dedicated support for a transaction or potential transaction. Typically, this involves the investigation of the target business from a variety of perspectives to ensure significant value items, risks and other matters have been identified and considered by our client, assisting them in making an informed decision regarding the transaction.
We assist businesses across a wide range of transactions: acquisitions and disposals, refinancings, flotations and other capital markets transactions.
In addition to providing financial due diligence services to our clients (Corporate, Private Equity and Public Sector), the team also combines this core expertise with the broad experience of our wider firm. In particular, we work closely with M&A Tax, M&A Strategy, Operational Due Diligence and Post Merger Integration to deliver a full range of transaction services to our clients.
In Wales, our team is led by Sarah Sturt. The team has been involved in a wide variety of transactions across Wales, including providing vendor due diligence services on the sale of National Britannia which was voted Deal of the Year at the Wales Insider Deal Awards.
