Dewi is a director in our Corporate Finance Advisory team. He has over 12 years of deal experience and has completed an array of transactions, both domestically and internationally, including corporate disposals, corporate acquisitions, management buy-outs and management buy-ins. In addition to transaction work, Dewi has also completed a number of fund-raising projects and strategic advisory assignments.
His clients range from owner-managed businesses through to multinational corporates and in addition he has extensive experience of advising private equity and their portfolio companies. Dewi has more recently also advised a number of public sector bodies on their strategic options and on the sale of some of their assets to the private sector.
Dewi has worked across a variety of sectors and has a particular specialism in building products and transport. He has national responsibilities within Corporate Finance Advisory in both of these areas.
Dewi is a Chartered Accountant and holds the CF qualification.
