Sarah Sturt is in charge of Deloitte’s Corporate Finance Transaction Services practice in the South West and Wales. Sarah qualified as a chartered accountant in London and now has over 12 years of transaction experience.
Sarah has extensive experience of assisting UK and overseas clients in acquiring and selling businesses across a wide range of sectors. Recent transactions include corporate and private equity acquisitions, corporate refinancing and capital markets engagements, as well as assisting clients in the disposal of non-core operations.
Sarah also leads the South West’s involvement in Deloitte’s London 2012 sponsorship.
