Pioneers have access to a broad range of services within Deloitte, allowing a tailored support package to be developed matched with the individual organisations needs. The key elements of this support alongside programme highlights from Year 1 Pioneers are provided in the sections below.
Each Pioneer is assigned a designated relationship team to support their interaction with Deloitte over the lifetime of the programme. Pioneers value being treated like a Deloitte client.

We run four compulsory events a year which provide knowledge sharing in the form of bespoke one-to-one clinics with Deloitte subject matter experts as well as networking opportunities with each other, Deloitte staff and our clients.

Pioneer relationship teams work with the organisation to identify bespoke projects that will have a direct and tangible impact on their business. Projects in Year 1 ranged from operational review; financial modelling; customer analysis; to support in acquisition; branding, website development and growth strategy support.

Across the programme we encourage interaction between Pioneers and our clients. Through regular updates, event invitations and through the Deloitte relationship teams our clients are updated on the programme.
