Organisations today face greater exposure to global competition, increased expectations from investors and more discerning, better-informed customers. In this environment, marketing is in a unique position to be central to an organisation’s strategy.
In early 2007, Deloitte commissioned research to investigate the role of marketing in driving growth, to identify the challenges in achieving growth, and to understand what successful organisations are doing to overcome these. The findings of the research are summarised in our Marketing in 3D report.
Our work also led us to identify a common need to benchmark marketing effectiveness, and in response to this we have designed a registration form for you to take part in the new Marketing Effectiveness Benchmark survey.
