Update on Blythewood Plant Hire Limited, part of Doyle plc group |

The Joint Administrators of Blythewood Plant Hire Limited, part of the Doyle plc group, have today announced the sale of the business to Bridgemere Tractors Limited.
Blythewood is a plant and machinery hire business based in Welwyn Garden City with four other depots in Peterborough, Stevenage, Warrington and Leyton.
Richard Hawes, Joint Administrator and partner in Deloitte’s restructuring services team, said: “The Joint Administrators continued to trade the business on a reduced basis with a view to seeking a going concern sale. We are pleased to announce the sale of Blythewood Plant Hire Limited to Bridgemere Tractors Limited. The sale of the business has enabled the jobs of 16 employees based across the five depots, located in Welwyn Garden City, Peterborough, Stevenage, Warrington and Leyton to be saved.”
