Garret has been with Deloitte for more than eight years and has previous experience from another professional services firm. He became Partner in 2006 and has built up a successful Mergers & Acquisitions Transaction Services practice in the Czech-Slovak Cluster and across Central Europe as Regional Regional Mergers & Acquisitions Transaction Service line leader. He has also been focused on selling the entire regional firm to the Private Equity sector. Garret has co-ordinated projects on a wide variety of targets for strategic and financial investors, including software companies, system integrators, internet service providers, telecommunication companies, airlines and manufacturing companies.

Brent is a Director at Deloitte Central Europe’s Real Estate Industry team since June 2010. Brent has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Investment and Consulting business. He has expertise in investment advisory, hotels, strategic repositioning of assets, valuation, off-market transactions and capital raising. Brent was a partner at Private Property Partners (real estate advisory) in Prague and prior to this role he worked as CEE Investment Director at Colliers International . In Canada Brent spent more than a decade working as a senior advisor with both Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis. Brent has graduated with degree in Economics and specialization of Urban Planning from the University of British Columbia.

Diana is a Partner in the Audit function of Deloitte Czech Republic and the Real Estate Industry Leader for Central Europe. Diana has been with Deloitte since 1996. She is well-versed in both Czech Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. Diana is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Czech Chamber of Auditors (licensed auditor) and holds a professional qualification in IFRS (DipIFR). She mainly serves clients from the area of financial institutions. Her client portfolio primarily includes the Komercni Banka Group, the FIO group, Česká exportní banka, the Santader Bank Group, ECM and others. Over the course of her career, Diana has gained extensive experience in auditing and reporting under Czech Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, corporate finance advisory services, corporate asset and liability management, hedging, etc.

Pavel Dedek

Pavel is a Director in the Financial Advisory Department of Deloitte Central Europe. He joined Deloitte in August 2007 and is responsible for the execution of M&A advisory projects in the Energy & Resources sector in Central Europe (an Economics degree and 10 years experience as an investment banker, primarily in M&A advisory in the CE region. Since 1997 he has executed or was involved in more than 20 successful projects in utilities, banking, printing, machinery and other sectors. Since 2004, Pavel has been focusing on the Energy & Recourses sector, working fulltime on energy transactions throughout the CE region, including cross border transactions in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland and Romania.

Jan is a Director leading the Czech and Slovak valuation team. Jan has ten years’ experience in business valuation and financial modeling in Western, Central, and Eastern Europe. Jan’s major experience includes engagements in manufacturing sector, utilities, mining, engineering, food, and financial sector. He has provided advisory to many large local and foreign institutions. Additionally, Jan also worked on privatization projects, M&A and due diligence projects.He holds Master of Economics degree from the Charles University in Prague and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA). Prior to joining Deloitte, Jan worked as a portfolio manager and a stockbroker at the Prague Stock Exchange.

Pavel is a Director in the Financial Advisory Services of Deloitte Czech Republic. His key experience includes financial due diligence work, most of which has been performed for foreign investors on target companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Pavel's assignments have covered a wide range of industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, breweries, airlines and real estates. Pavel is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague. Before joining Deloitte Pavel was managing the due diligence project at the Company and the audit team would leverage his knowledge.
