Advisory services in this area include the preparation of a project management approach and the implementation thereof based on up-to-date project management procedures and standards (project management body of knowledge) as well as on Deloitte's proprietary project management methodologies (Project Management Methodology 4.0). The recently developed project management approaches include, first of all, optimisation or a new definition of project management rules and tools, optimum organisational safeguarding of project management (project organisational structure, project management office etc.), recommendations for project controlling and reporting optimisation as well as project management support by information systems.
