The goal of process redesign is to optimise the flow and organisation of company processes which will ensure maximum added value and higher quality outputs through more efficient use of the resources needed for their provision (costs, time and personnel).
Process redesign is implemented, as a rule, with the use of the industry-specific knowledge database (IndustryPrint), which represents a set of best practices in the process optimisation area. IndustryPrints are used to identify both weaknesses and deficiencies in existing processes and the elimination methods thereof. It is also used to design the optimum process set up in a company as a standard which represents Best Practice, including proposed assumptions for transition from the current to the future state.
