Performance Management

The objective of the Performance Management is to achieve a high level of operational and economic performance of a company's processes and organisation in the long-term by using system-based management tools. Methodologies which are generally applicable across various industries and enterprises are the tools which are based, first of all, on the principles of the Balanced Scorecard, Value Based Management and Enterprise Value Map. The Balanced Scorecard is used for management based on a regular measurement and an evaluation of performance and compilation of a balanced set of strategic goals for key departments of a company. The Enterprise Value Map enables an organisation to define strategic goals and the way of bringing more value to shareholders. Value Based Management is a permanent process which maximises an organisation's value by identifying, quantifying and setting priorities for activities which increase shareholder value.
