Our services in this area primarily focus on increasing the performance and quality of processes, particularly on the support of systematic and continuous reduction of all waste in order to accomplish improvement of value flow for the customer. In conjunction with Six Sigma principles, which are focused on reliability and stability of processes, variations (defects) of processes are eliminated to the Six Sigma level. Process optimisation for ideal access support by Six Sigma can be implemented on two levels: definition of new (by using DMADV model) or improvement of existing processes (DMAIC model).
