Shared Services Centres (SSC)

Shared services centres (SSC) focus on outsourcing supporting processes not falling within the principal activities of the company to a separate organisational unit and on setting new relationships with internal clients. The realised projects range from the creation of a study of the SSC feasibility, including the definition of the selected processes and evaluations of their economic impact, to a detailed proposal and own realisation of the SSC concept. Attention is also paid to their standardisation and unified system support. As a result of the SSC realisation, clients achieve significant volume savings, gain a high rate of control over the supporting processes and support faster implementation of innovations, as well as the subsequent organisational changes.
