Daniel Zielke is the Practice Leader for Deloitte’s Forensic and Dispute Services in Central Europe. He concentrates his practice in matters regarding fraud investigations, dispute consulting, and anti-money laundering/trade sanctions compliance. Dan is a citizen of the USA but is fairly fluent in German. He has provided the financial analysis of various entities to determine the occurrence of fraud; including financial statement fraud, misappropriation of assets or the breach of fiduciary duties by individuals acting alone or collusively. He is an experienced professional with wide-ranging experience leading anti-money laundering engagements on behalf of international, super-regional, and regional/community banks. He has managed and participated in numerous dispute consulting engagements requiring the analysis and quantification of economic damages.

Flavio Palaci is a Senior Manager based in the Forensics and Disputes Services practice in Central Europe. In this role, Flavio has responsibility for delivering an effectively engineered strategy for clients to reduce and detect operational risks such as fraud, compliance with the anti-money laundering rules, business process leakage, intellectual property theft, with a key focus on reducing operational costs by performing extensive cost optimisation analysis. Flavio has led many fraud / cost reduction projects across multiple industries and sectors with a primary focus on banking, investment and insurance organisations.

Viktor Prešovský is an analytic and forensic technology Technical Manager in the Deloitte Forensics and Dispute Services practice in Central and Eastern Europe. His primary responsibility and orientation is on structured data manipulation, processing and reporting, electronic evidence retrieval and examination, acquisition, processing and analysis of publicly available data sources, and forensic IT methodology, tools and techniques development and use. Viktor participated in forensic and risk evaluation related projects across multiple industries and sectors, providing technological services and support.
