Tomáš Kubíček is a Partner of the Advisory function of Deloitte in which he leads the Operations Excellence/Public Sector group implementing projects in the public sector, which predominantly focus on organisational and process evaluations and increasing the efficiency of public organisations in the fields under their remit.
Tomáš has been working in Deloitte since 2005. He is an experienced expert in increasing process efficiency and cutting costs of organisations, change implementation, benchmarking and comprehensive transformation projects. He has extensive experience in supply chain management, corporate operation efficiency – especially in procurement (sourcing, procurement processes, e-procurement and procurement infrastructure). In IS/IT he has gained experience in the shared-service IT concept, e-auctions, e-procurement and IS implementation.
