Mike Jennings is a Partner in the Audit Department of Deloitte Czech Republic and takes a lead role in the Financial Services Group. His principal responsibilities include serving multinational banking organisations with investments in the Czech Republic through both audit engagements and the provision of advisory services. His key account at present is a major Czech financial group with retail and corporate banking, insurance, pension fund, investment funds and leasing subsidiaries. Mr. Jennings has worked in a number of spheres in Central Europe since his arrival in Prague in 1998, including: local statutory and international financial reporting, international accounting advisory services, banking sector privatisation, due diligence, financial risk management and control, regulatory consulting, securitisation and defeasance and credit risk assessment and management. Previously, Mike Jennings worked in the Financial Services Practice of the London office of Deloitte. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Frederic Maziere is a Partner in the Audit Department of Deloitte Czech Republic, predominantly responsible for auditing major international as well as local companies. Over the past 10 years, he has obtained a wealth of experience with companies operating in Central Europe. Mr. Maziere is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and the University of Economics of Aix Marseille. He is the Head of the French Desk for the Central European region. His clients primarily include major local and international financial institutions. Frederic Maziere is a French Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor.

Diana Rádl Rogerová is a Partner in the Audit Department of Deloitte Czech Republic. Mrs. Rádl Rogerová has been with Deloitte since 1996. She is well-versed in both Czech Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. Diana Rogerová is a UK Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a member of the Czech Chamber of Auditors (licensed auditor) and holds the professional qualification in IFRS (DipIFR). She is fluent in Czech, English and Spanish. She mainly serves clients from the area of financial institutions. Over the course of her career, Mrs. Rádl Rogerová has gained extensive experience in auditing and reporting under Czech Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, corporate finance advisory services, corporate asset and liability management, hedging, etc.

Jiří Fialka is an Actuarial & Insurance Solutions Partner in Deloitte. Mr. Fialka started his career in the largest Czech insurance company, Česká pojišťovna, as an actuary in 1992. He went through various functions, such as life insurance manager, actuarial manager and IT manager. Jiří Fialka participated in founding the Pension fund of Česká pojišťovna and later had been a member of its supervisory board. He joined one of the “Big Four” companies in 2000 and was responsible for Central and Eastern Europe Actuarial Services department. He has operated in most of the countries in the region. Jiří was responsible for implementation of IFRS 4 insurance standard, which has a fundamental impact on financial reporting of insurance companies. He participated in various advisory projects including valuations using Embedded Value and Appraisal Value approaches and others in Mergers & Acquisitions. Jiří has been with Deloitte since 2005. There, he has taken part in many projects relating to Market Consistent Embedded Value implementation, Solvency II, actuarial audit support and insurance companies' valuation. He has a doctorate in Actuarial Science from Charles University in Prague. He is the Chairman of the Czech Society of Actuaries and a member of international actuarial organisations IAA and Groupe Consultatif.
