Mike Jennings has been Deloitte’s Consulting Partner in Charge since December 2010. In this role Mike is directly responsible for Deloitte Consulting’s management and financial results in the Czech and Slovak Republics and for serving clients in the Central European region. Mike has a proven track record in serving this region, having worked in Deloitte’s Prague office for more 12 years. He is cooperating with many of the major FSI investors in Central Europe, such as Generali PPF Holding, Erste Bank, Raiffeisenbank, UniCredit Bank, ING or KBC Bank. Mike is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.

Diana Rádl Rogerová is a Partner in the Audit function of Deloitte Czech Republic and the Real Estate Industry Leader for Central Europe. Diana has been with Deloitte since 1996. She is well-versed in both Czech Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. Diana is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Czech Chamber of Auditors (licensed auditor) and holds a professional qualification in IFRS (DipIFR). She mainly serves clients from the area of financial institutions. Her client portfolio primarily includes the Komercni Banka Group, the FIO group, Česká exportní banka, the Santader Bank Group, ECM and others. Over the course of her career, Diana has gained extensive experience in auditing and reporting under Czech Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, corporate finance advisory services, corporate asset and liability management, hedging, etc.

Peter is a Partner in the Tax & Legal Department of Deloitte Czech Republic. Peter is an experienced corporate tax partner with over 18 years experience of advising all types of financial services clients. In addition to the major European insurance groups, Peter’s clients include AXA, AMCICO, Česká pojišťovna, Generali, DIRECT Pojišťovna, ING, and Marsh. Prior to this he was a Tax Partner with Deloitte UK in the London Financial services tax group. Peter's clients have included a wide variety of banking and insurance groups and asset managers. His experience includes working with clients on tax efficient funding structures, location strategies, mergers and acquisitions, IPO's and tax risk and process management. Prior to joining Deloitte Peter spent 8 years working in-house for a UK financial services group. During this time he undertook a number of roles including head of tax and group financial chief accountant. Peter is a UK qualified chartered accountant.
