Graduate recruitment process timetable

The recruitment season starts in October and continues through the academic year, with the selection process usually being conducted in March–May. We encourage you to apply until the end of April in order to be included in the main selection stream. Successful recruits will start work with Deloitte in the summer, at a mutually convenient time after graduation.

Internships

Students and graduates are invited to test their abilities on projects carried out for our clients. Taking part in our paid internship programme provides an excellent opportunity to check your knowledge gained at university and apply it to solving actual problems. Selection process

The selection process at Deloitte usually consists of a few stages. We begin with an initial selection of candidates, and then invite the selected persons to a testing session, at which we check analytical and language skills. Subsequent stages differ, depending on the practice you would like to join. You may be invited to an interview or to an Assessment Center.
