Office Managing Partner
Michal Petrman is the Office Managing Partner of Deloitte Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. In this capacity, Michal is responsible for the strategy and direction of all Deloitte activities in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Deloitte employs more than 800 specialists in audit and accounting, taxation, finance, consulting and other areas in its six offices, the key ones being located in Prague and Bratislava. Michal has been with Deloitte since 1991 and he is a Czech certified auditor and member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. In addition to his management duties, Michal focuses on providing auditing services to large corporations and banks and his client portfolio includes, for example, the Komerční banka Group entities, the Česká spořitelna Group entities, Czech Airlines, the City of Prague, CAC leasing, and Delvita.

Managing Partner for Markets
Josef Kotrba has extensive experience of Czech business: prior to joining Deloitte, he served as a Board Member and Deputy CEO of Česká Spořitelna with responsibility for investment banking. He is the Partner in Charge for the Slovak and Czech financial advisory practice. He has participated in or led many of the major transactions that have taken place in the Czech Republic in recent years including a number of sell-side advisory projects for large and medium national companies as well as buy-side advisory projects for large national and multinational companies.

Audit & Advisory Partner in Charge
Michal Brandejs has over 14 years of experience in a wide variety of industries in the Czech and Slovak Republics and the USA. Michal is a Statutory Auditor in the Czech Republic, a Certified Accountant in the United Kingdom and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Tax Partner in Charge
Tomas Seidl has worked in the Czech Republic since 1992 and joined Deloitte in 1997. In June 2000, Tomas Seidl became the Partner in Charge of Tax for the Czech Practice. He speaks five languages (English, Czech, Dutch, French and German). He is also a member of the Dutch Chamber of Tax Advisors and holds an economics degree from Erasmus University in Rotterdam (The Netherlands).

Consulting Partner in Charge
Petr Kymlička holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Economics in Prague. He has significant experience in selected areas of manufacturing industry (construction, engineering, automotive sector etc.) His specialisations include projects focused on strategy, restructuring, human resources, controlling, process optimalisation and performance enhancement. Petr has been working for a number of large multinational and local companies including Denso, Matador, Skanska, Hochtief and Metrostav.
