Document management (DM)

- Scope of DM includes, among others, workflow management, security and permissions assignment, document search, metadata entry and access/creation/editing/version control of documents
Web content management (WCM)
- Collection, assembly, staging, maintenance, and delivery of textual and graphic Web content for the primary purpose of delivering information via the Web
- Allows business users to create, deploy, modify, and manage Web content and places control of the process in their hands
Knowledge Management (KM)
