Just as an organisations' strategy must continually adapt to cope with changes in the business environment, so must the support functions within the organisation adapt to best deliver the resources and information that required by management in order to define and meet this moving target.

Foremost amongst these support functions is Finance, as it is here that the majority of management information is produced that fundamental business decisions are based on, and it is also through the Finance function that cash, the lifeblood of an enterprise, flows in and out of an organisation.

  • Financial performance management - We help businesses to perform at their optimal position by assessing their Integrated Performance Management reporting, often using a balanced scorecard approach, strategic planning, strategic cost management or business modelling to identify any 'pain point' within business operations, whilst managing overall risk.
  • Shared Services - We can reconfigure the Finance function to add value to the business as well as making the transaction process element of the function more effective. This is achieved by either implementation of a shared service centre or strategic outsourcing of back office processes such as purchase-to-pay, order to cash, closing & consolidation, and tax & treasury processes.
