Nicosia, December 2007 - Deloitte Cyprus received the Award of Social Excellence for implementing best practices for Work Life Balance, in the context of the Community Initiative EQUAL.
EQUAL is part of the European Union's strategy for more and better jobs and for ensuring that no-one is denied access to them. Funded by the European Social Fund, this initiative is investigating since 2001 new ways of tackling discrimination and inequality experienced by those in work and those looking for a job.
