Our employee benefits tax specialists work together with our benefit consultants in the Employee Benefit Group and Assurance, Accounting & Advisory Services (AAAs) to help our clients.

 

We can assist in the design, implementation, and administration and funding of employee benefits plans, including defined benefit and contribution plans, other post-retirement benefits, workers compensation, and health benefit and incentive plans.

 

Key services include plan design, plan record keeping and administration, plan qualification, executive compensation and deferred compensation arrangements, excess benefit plans, and merger and acquisition due diligence reviews.
