A climate survey is essentially an exercise to know how the employees perceive or interpret the organization’s internal reality in aspects such as work relationships and environment. It helps to identify the reasons that generate personnel satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
To achieve this program we make: 1) surveys and statistical analysis, 2) focus groups and 3) Interviews.
We finish by rendering a report with our recommendations. If previously defined in the scope, we can even go to the follow-up and implementation of the recommendations.
