Database Analysis 

We have a quality database which is updated every month.  Our emphasis is on quality as oppose to quantity thus we have strict criteria for placement on our database.  The-highest-level executives are classified after a detailed analysis of their labor history, activity areas, and levels of responsibility. 

Market Analysis 

Our knowledge of the market makes it easy for us to establish the best strategy to contact the most qualified professionals. 

Structured Interviews 

 We conduct interviews based on work experience and behavioral events, in order to obtain a deeper knowledge of the candidates, specially regarding their professional competencies 

Evaluation 

We conduct detailed, potential and psychological tests to the pre-selected candidates to establish their matching with the position 

Reference Checking 

We analyze the background of semifinalist candidates in their previous works. 

Final Report 

We present a final report of three suitable candidates for the position, enclosing the results of the whole evaluation process with both a qualitative and a quantitative analysis.

Follow Up 

Once the candidates are hired, we conduct a follow up process during the first three months, in order to verify their performance, adaptation to the new working environment, and our client’s satisfaction with he service provided.
