FATCA FAQsDeloitte Hong Kong hosted an executive FATCA breakfast briefing meeting earlier this year. Chris Wilson, Partner of Forensic & Disputes Services, and Oliver Farnworth, Principal of International Tax Services, lead the discussion on FATCA related issues. There was a significant level of senior client participation, including senior compliance executives from UBS, Morgan Stanley and Fidelity International, and the feedback from was very positive.

Based on the feedback we have received during our FATCA briefing sessions we have compiled a number of FAQ’s that we hope will provide some guidance in navigating this complex issue.
