Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and facilitation service

Deloitte is the global service provider for Sarbanes- Oxley readiness. Our China based team has fulfilled several roles: primarily assisting with documenting their processes and controls; performing walk- throughs; and assisting in embedding the corporate Sarbanes methodology within the local business units.

An additional role we have fulfilled is performing management testing of internal controls. This has been done by assisting the company’s internal audit department (Group Audit Services) in executing their testing methodology.
