Measuring Value®: The 12th Five-Year Plan: What it is, how it works and its impacts

This issue of Measuring Value discusses what kind of impact the 12th Five-Year plan (“the 12-5 plan” for the period 2011-2015) is intended to have and likely to have, and how the plan can serve the interests of domestic and foreign investors.

This special issue was specially developed and featured in the breakfast roundtable co-hosted by Deloitte and the Talents Magazine in Dalian on 15 September during the World Economic Forum (14-16 September). Around 30 senior executives from Chinese enterprises and MNCs attended the roundtable and discussed on the new round of growth and the strategic transformation of enterprises in China.
