The new Russian Transfer Pricing law is coming into force in January 2012. The presentation was presented in a October webcast and includes the following topics:

  • Comparison of key principles of the new law with the OECD standards
  • Companies’ responsibilities with respect to the new regulations
  • Discussion on unclear issues, including application of the new rules to royalties and interest payments, sources of information for TP calculations and documentation, and effect of the new rules on operations of individuals
