Jürg has extensive M&A experience and is well recognised as a prominent M&A specialist across the business community in the German speaking part of Switzerland – he has worked extensively with Swiss listed and privately held companies as well as private equity investors. Before joining Deloitte Jürg worked for a well recognised, international M&A Advisory house in Zürich and prior to that was leading a Swiss CFA team at one of the Big Four firms. Alec has more than 20 years of professional experience, including 13 years in the corporate world. Prior to returning to Geneva as a corporate finance advisor, where he got significant sell-side exposure on cross-border deals in various industries, Alec was Head of Global Strategic Planning and in charge of M&A for a $1.3 billion organization. With a dual background in physics and business administration, Alec spent 5 years in Zurich in industrial manufacturing and 8 years in the USA in the medtech sector.
