Howard has significant international deal experience and deep expertise in all aspects of transaction execution including buy-side and sell-side due diligence and valuations. Howard has been an M&A Transaction Services specialist for more than 15 years. Before coming to Zurich in 2004, he worked in Milan, London and Melbourne.

Andrew has 20+ years of professional experience, with more than 15 years specialising in M&A Transaction Services. He has significant experience dealing in large complex cross-border transactions within the mining, manufacturing, utility and telecommunications sectors advising both large corporate and private equity clients. His work focuses on providing buy-side and sell-side due diligence support including advising on financial and accounting aspects of Sale and Purchase Agreements. Prior to joining the Deloitte team in Switzerland in 2008, Andrew worked in Australia, the UK and the UAE.

David has more than sixteen years experience in auditing and advising financial institutions, and has led a large number of national and international economic crime and fraud investigations across the world. Recently, he has led major regulatory compliance reviews for Swiss financial institutions. At Deloitte David will work with the team to further build the financial services advisory team, working mainly on banking and insurance/reinsurance clients, and with Swiss and international regulators.  He will also take a lead role in the FATCA advisory business, assisting clients addressing this new US legislation.

Jürg has extensive M&A experience and is well recognised as a prominent M&A specialist across the business community in the German speaking part of Switzerland – he has worked extensively with Swiss listed and privately held companies as well as private equity investors. Before joining Deloitte Jürg worked for a well recognised, international M&A Advisory house in Zürich and prior to that was leading a Swiss CFA team at one of the Big Four firms. In addition to M&A Advisory and Valuations, Jürg also has extensive experience in Debt Advisory.

Chris has specialised in forensic and dispute service work for the past 16 years. He is a highly experienced forensic expert, having worked on a broad range of very large, complex and sensitive matters for law firms as well as multinational corporations. His work focuses on the provision of expert and consultative accounting and financial investigation skills in the resolution of commercial and financial problems, disputes and investigations. Prior to joining the Deloitte team in Switzerland in 2009, Chris worked in both the UK and Australia.

Jan-Dominik Remmen is leading the Swiss Restructuring practice. He has led international assignments throughout Europe, US and Asia focusing on Restructuring and Corporate Finance projects mainly for SMI and DAX clients, both industrial conglomerates and financial institutions alike. As a key member of our Fund Advisory practice he is working with Family Offices, Private Equity and Opportunity Funds on transactions and portfolio company optimisations. Jan has specialist know how in preparing companies for sale and buying companies in financial distress and has performed many Independent/Corporate Business Reviews over the last years. He has worked with key European banks and law firms in refinancing midsized businesses.

Nico is responsible for Analytic & Forensic Technology. He has spent the last 11 years focused on Forensic Technology Solutions and has advised on a wide range of business issues relating to anti-trust and anti-corruption investigations, electronic data analysis and forensic reviews. He is a guest lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (Financial Crime) and the Centro di Studi Bancari in Lugano (Compliance Management and Forensic Technology) on forensic technology.

Konstantin has been a Transaction Services specialist since 1997. He has significant transaction experience due to his work in France and in Switzerland as well as due to projects pursued in Russia, Italy, Finland, the UK and Germany. Konstantin’s extensive expertise ranges from buy-side due diligence projects to sell-side vendor assistance and vendor due diligence projects.

Anthony West is an experienced M&A specialist, with more than 15 years of experience serving financial services organisations. He has previously worked for major M&A advisory firms and investment banks in Zurich and London. At Deloitte, Anthony will lead on M&A advisory services in the financial services sector.

Jean-François has more than 18 years of professional experience including over 12 years in corporate finance and valuations in the United States of America (San Francisco) and in Switzerland (Geneva). In his role as a corporate finance and valuations specialist, he successfully completed numerous sell- and buy-side transactions as well as fund raising projects in various industries.

Maxime has over 10 years experience in fraud management, investigation and dispute in America, Europe, Africa and Switzerland. He is specialized in anticorruption, leading large FCPA investigations, and in preventing and managing fraud risks. He has a deep experience in the Retail & Consumer and Financial Services industries as well as not-for-profit sector. He is a finance engineer, French Chartered Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist and holds a degree in law.
