At both Swiss and international levels, the legal and regulatory environment is changing. The fund world has not been spared. One recent innovation is the introduction of the “Key Investor Information Document” (KIID). While often referred to as the “Key information for investors” document* by Swiss practitioners, it is probable that the term KIID will be adopted as a common reference.
