Deloitte Corporate Finance adds three senior members
New Post-Merger Integration team and financial services advisory partner join

Deloitte continues its growth with the expansion of its Corporate Finance department with the addition of key leaders to its M&A team. Anthony West, joins as a partner focused on financial services for M&A, and Anna Samanta and Joshua Steiner will lead our new Post-Merger Integration team.
Anthony West is an experienced M&A specialist, with more than 15 years of experience serving financial services organisations. He has previously worked for major M&A advisory firms and investment banks in Zurich and London. At Deloitte, Anthony will lead on M&A advisory services in the financial services sector, serving clients in private, retail and investment banking, insurance, brokerage, institutional asset management, as well as working with independent asset managers to assist them in M&A transactions.
Anna Samanta has more than 10 years experience helping companies set up and deliver major cross-border integration and separation programmes. She has led numerous integration and separation programs in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Consumer Business industry. She is specialised in cross-border integrations and has worked extensively in Switzerland but also across Europe, Asia, South and North America.
Joshua Steiner has more than 15 years of professional consulting and advisory experience focuses on global mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs, and specialises in managing the complexity of cross-border deals. He has led M&A projects in EMEA, Asia-Pacific, South America and the U.S. in many industries including mining, manufacturing, heavy manufacturing, consumer business, life sciences, and high technology.
The primary focus of our PMI team is working with senior management and boards in planning and executing complex integrations and separations paying particular focus on benefits capture and acceleration.
