We are pleased to present our third survey of the application of IFRS accounting standards by Swiss quoted groups. We have extended our survey in the current year and introduced new areas of analysis which are of particular interest in the current economic environment..
Since we launched our first survey two years ago, we have had many discussions with CFOs, Group Controllers, IFRS specialists and preparers of financial statements not only about IFRS standards but about how the requirements are applied in practice and the difficulties of keeping track of the increasing volume of disclosures and assessing the implications of forthcoming new standards.
