Ralf is Partner within Consulting at Deloitte Switzerland. In the last 20 year Ralf Schlaepfer has advised many internationally renowned companies on their corporate strategy, internal and external growth and on how to deliver value-enhancing deals. Today, Ralf focuses on post merger services, change management and business model optimisation. He has acquired significant experience assisting clients with transactions as Engagement Partner and Project Leader for different merger projects in Europe and the US. In the last years, he has assisted companies in different industries, mostly in Manufacturing on cross-border transactions.

Markus Koch, Manufacturing Consulting
Markus Koch

Markus is a Partner at Deloitte Consulting with 17 years of experience in Consulting and Restructuring. Markus experience ranges from multi-week strategy projects with a focused team for SMEs to multi-year transformational projects with a comprehensive team for multinational companies. Markus has led strategy, cost reduction, supply chain and restructuring projects on five continents.

Markus current focus is on Supply Chain Management and Restructuring. Supply chain solutions include for instance innovation management, sourcing & procurement and manufacturing footprint optimization. In terms of Restructuring Markus’ particular strengths lie in cost reduction, working capital management and turnaround.

Jürg has extensive M&A experience and is well recognised as a prominent M&A specialist across the business community in the German speaking part of Switzerland – he has worked extensively with Swiss listed and privately held companies as well as private equity investors. Before joining Deloitte Jürg worked for a well recognised, international M&A Advisory house in Zürich and prior to that was leading a Swiss CFA team at one of the Big Four firms. In addition to M&A Advisory and Valuations, Jürg also has extensive experience in Debt Advisory.

With more than 20 years of experience in audit and advisory, Daniel has focussed on Swiss based mid-sized companies, multinationals and family owned businesses across manufacturing, project engineering, service industries as well as SIX-listed groups. Next to audit services he offers a wide range of advisory services including transaction services on sale (VDD) and buy (DD) side with interdisciplinary teams from AUD, TAX and FAS.

Flurin is the Leader of Deloitte Switzerland's M&A tax practice.
