Toronto, February 2, 2009 – On February 2, 2009, Wing Son Garments Ltd. filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy and Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy. Please refer to the Certificate of Appointment below for details as to the date and location of the First Meeting of Creditors.
Also, on February 2, 2009, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager of the property and undertaking of Wing Son Garments Ltd. by HSBC Bank Canada pursuant to its security.
A copy of the requisite notices to creditors and a proof of claim form will be posted below as they become available.
