Pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Campbell of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated October 29, 2008, Deloitte & Touche Inc was appointed as Interim Receiver and Receiver of Thunder Bay Fine Papers Inc.
