March 26, 2009 - On March 26, 2009, an order (“Order”) was issued by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”), placing Royal Doulton Canada Limited and Waterford Wedgwood Canada Inc. in receivership and appointing Deloitte & Touche Inc. as the interim receiver and receiver (“Receiver”).
On March 27, 2009, the Receiver assigned Royal Doulton Canada Limited and Waterford Wedgwood Canada Inc. into bankruptcy. A Notice of Bankruptcy and Proof of Claim Form will be mailed to known creditors. Copies of these documents will be posted on this site after April 3, 2009.
