Perera Shawnee Ltd. and Perera Development Corporation

On March 3, 2010, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta as Receiver and Manager of the property and assets of Perera Shawnee Ltd. and Perera Development Corporation (collectively “Perera”). A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.

Perera is the developer of the Highbury Towers project, a condominium property under construction in Calgary, Alberta.

The exhibits to the affidavits of service may not be included due to their large size.  However, anyone who would like exhibits to any of the affidavits of service can contact the Receiver and a copy will be provided.
