Peace Country Freightliner Inc.
Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as Receiver of Peace Country Freightliner Inc. (“PCF”) pursuant to the Appointment Letter dated May 26, 2008, which took effect on May 28, 2008. The receivership was a private appointment by Daimler Chrysler Truck Financial, who holds security over all of PCF's assets.
PCF had locations in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Fort St. John, British Columbia, and Kamloops, British Columbia.
Deloitte & Touche Inc. was also appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy of Peace Country Freightliner Inc. (PCF) pursuant to a Court Order dated June 13, 2008.
PCF is currently in both Receivership and Bankruptcy.
