Deloitte & Touche Inc., in its capacity as Court-appointed Receiver and Manager (the “Receiver”) of Black Forest Dairy Ltd. (“Black Forest”) and not in its personal capacity, is offering for sale herein Black Forest’s assets, including an operating Holstein dairy milking facility in Enderby, BC, as well as a non-operating dairy facility, plus a separate farm house and lot in Osler, Saskatchewan.
