LES INDUSTRIES PIÉKOUAGAME INC.
On November 25, 2011 Les Industries Piékouagame Inc. filed a motion to the Superior Court of Quebec (Commercial Division) of the District of Roberval to obtain protection under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA). The order rendered the same day confirms the appointment of Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc. as Monitor. On February 17, 2012 a second motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until April 30, 2012. On April 30, 2012 a third motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until May 31, 2012.
