December 31, 2012 – Homco Realty Fund (76) Limited Partnership filed an assignment on the 31st day of December 2012, and Deloitte & Touche Inc., was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on the 18th day of January 2013, at 9:00 o'clock AM, at the office of the Deloitte & Touche Inc. at Purdy’s Wharf Tower II, 1969 Upper Water Street, Suite 1500, Halifax, Nova Scotia. European creditors were able to attend the first meeting of creditors on the 18th day of January 2013, at 2:00 p.m. Central European Time, through a video conference at the World Trade Center Amsterdam located at Strawinskylaan 77, 1077 XW Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The appointment of Deloitte & Touche Inc. was affirmed by the creditors at the first meeting of creditors.
