On February 25, 2010, Davie Yards Inc. filed a motion to the Superior Court of Quebec (Commercial Division) of the District of Montreal to obtain protection under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA). The order rendered the same day confirms the appointment of Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc. as Monitor. On March 10, 2011, a seventh motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until April 1st, 2011. On March 31, 2011, an eight motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until May 19, 2011. On May 19, 2011, a ninth motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until July 7, 2011. On July 14, 2011, a tenth motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until July 22, 2011. On July 20, 2011, an eleventh motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until July 29, 2011. On July 29, 2011, a twelfth motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until August 5, 2011. On August 5, 2011, a thirteenth motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until  August 18, 2011. On August 18, 2011, a fourteenth motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until August 25, 2011. On August 25, 2011, a fifteenth motion has been granted prolonging the delay of the Debtor to eventually file a plan of arrangement and reorganization to its creditors until October 31, 2011. On October 4th, a plan of arrangement and reorganization was filed.  A meeting of creditors will be held on October 26, 2011, at 10am, at 1100 blvd Rene-Levesque East, in Quebec City.
