Calgary West Hospitality Inc. o-a Stampede Casino
Pursuant to the Order of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta granted on August 13, 2009, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as Receiver and/ or Receiver and Manager (the “Receiver”) of Calgary West Hospitality Inc. o/a Stampede Casino (the “Company” or “Stampede Casino”), effective on August 17, 2009 at 3:00 a.m. A copy of the Receivership Order can be found below.
The Receiver’s intended plan of action is to continue to operate the Stampede Casino in the ordinary course pending the completion of the sale of the Company as a going concern.
