On October 22, 2009, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) adjudged Buchanan Forest Products Ltd. (the “Company”) a bankrupt and Deloitte & Touche Inc. was named as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Estate of the Company. Please refer to the Notice of First Meeting of Creditors attached hereto for details regarding the date, time and location of the First Meeting of Creditors.
