On April 16, 2009, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, Judicial District of Calgary (the “Court”) as Interim Receiver (the “Interim Receiver”) of the property and assets of Bighorn Mountain Resort Corporation (“Bighorn”). A copy of the Interim Receivership Order is found below.
On July 2, 2009, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was further appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, Judicial District of Calgary (the “Court”) as Receiver and Manager (the “Receiver”) of the property and assets of Bighorn Mountain Resort Corporation. A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.
Bighorn Mountain Resort is a private residence condominium property under construction in Canmore, Alberta.
