354034 Alberta Ltd. o/a Kitchen & Patio Furniture Gallery (“Kitchen Gallery” or the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal on July 29, 2009 pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. A copy of the Notice of Intention is found below.
On August 27, 2009 by an application to the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, Judicial District of Calgary (the “Court”), the Court granted an extension to October 9, 2009 for the Company to make a Proposal.
On October 8, 2009, the Company filed its Proposal and updated cash flow projections with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy. A meeting of creditors will be held to vote on the Proposal.
After receiving the approval of the Creditors of the Proposal, the Trustee of the Proposal made an application to the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta for approval of the Proposal. The Proposal was approved by the Court on November 17, 2009. A copy of the Court Order is provided below.
A dividend is intended to be disbursed to all creditors who have submitted a valid Proof of Claim to the office of Deloitte & Touche Inc, the Trustee, by December 10, 2009. A copy of the Proof of Claim form may be obtained below.

The meeting of creditors to vote on the Proposal will be held on October 28, 2009 at 10:00 AM in the following location:

In order to be eligible to vote at the meeting, creditors must have filed, prior to the meeting, a valid proof of claim form and, where necessary, a proxy. Creditors who are unable to attend in person or send a proxy, may submit their voting letter prior to the meeting.
